Does Wawa Take EBT Cards?
Most of these items can be purchased using your Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program or SNAP electronic benefit transfer card (EBT).
Wawa is among the restaurants that accept EBT cards for food purchase. SNAP is a federal program that provides financial assistance for families to purchase food. Eligible consumers used food stamps to pay, but now they can use reloadable EBT debit cards. Although SNAP is administered by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), it is still managed at the state level. Different rules apply to different states. You should check with the appropriate agency to find out how the program works and when your EBT card will need to be reloaded.
Wawa has stores in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, Florida, Florida, Washington, D.C.
According to USDA, your EBT card can be used to purchase most food products.
- Fruits and Vegetables
