Assistance is automatically available to participants of Food Stamps and Medicaid, Federal Public Housing Assistance (FPHA), Supplemental Security Income, (SSI), Veterans or Survivors Pension benefits.
The Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)
