The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), a federally funded program that provides food benefits through an Electronic Benefit Transfer Card. The benefits will be used to buy food products and cannot be used for pet food, soap or paper products, alcohol, tobacco, other nonfood items, hot food, or ready to eat meals.
