Lifeline and Idaho Telephone Service Assistance Program (ITSAP)
The Lifeline, a federally funded program has a monthly discount of $9.25 on telephone bills that are available to those who qualify. The ITSAP offers an additional discount of $2.50 on the phone bill to those who qualify. With the two programs together, qualified individuals and families can save $11.75 monthly on their phone bills.
