If you are worrying about school supplies for your kids when it’s the back-to-school time of the year, you may find some programs provide free supplies.
Back 2 School provides school supplies to underprivileged children. They have provided school supplies for more than 9,000,000 children through partnerships with schools, government agencies and community groups since our inception. These supplies are distributed in the form back2school kits that contain approximately 30 school supplies for each grade.
They distribute most of the kits at summer events but they give them out all year. This program requires thousands of volunteers and man-hours. They also need the support of many businesses and individuals.
